Please note that handling time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch your order, and is separate from the delivery time discussed below.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. This means that, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, you should generally expect a combined timeframe based on the handling time above plus the delivery time stated here.

These timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed; occasional delays outside of our control may occur.

Delays, loss, or damage in transit

We take great care in packaging every order, but issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or does not reach you within the timeframe stated above, please contact us right away so we can look into it and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
