Statutory Warranty
Every product sold on our store is covered by the statutory warranty for defects, as required by law. This legal protection applies automatically to your purchase and exists independently of any commercial or manufacturer warranty offered on a specific product.
If an item you purchased turns out to be faulty, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances, this may take the form of a repair or a replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or a full refund. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution for your situation.
These statutory rights apply regardless of whether a product also carries an additional manufacturer warranty, and they cannot be limited or excluded by any commercial warranty terms.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products sold on our store also carry an additional manufacturer warranty. Where this applies, the manufacturer warranty covers the product for 2 years from the date of purchase.
This manufacturer warranty comes on top of, and does not replace, your statutory rights described above. If a covered product develops a fault within this period, you may rely on either the manufacturer warranty or your statutory warranty rights, whichever best addresses the issue.
Reporting a Fault
If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us at contact@litalienstore.shop as soon as possible.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your message:
- A clear description of the fault or defect
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective product, where possible
Once we receive your report, we will review the details you provide and get back to you promptly with the next steps, whether that involves a repair, a replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
