Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or something isn't quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This window applies in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory right of withdrawal; for the full legal terms of that right, please see our Right of Withdrawal policy.

How to Return an Item

Starting a return is simple and takes just a few steps:

  1. Email us at contact@litalienstore.shop with your order number and a short note about which item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We will get back to you within one business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Repack the item(s) securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the return label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office. Once it is on its way back to us, no further action is needed on your part.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels, tags, and protective films must remain attached and undamaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, sealed products (such as cosmetics, personal care items, or similar goods) cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, we're happy to help. Simply let us know your preference when you first contact us at contact@litalienstore.shop, and we will arrange the exchange as an alternative to a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, depending on how you originally paid) in the currency of your original purchase (EUR). Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

You will not be charged for return shipping — we cover the full cost of returning your item(s) to us. This is included in the prepaid return label provided when you request your return.

Warranty

In addition to your return rights, eligible items are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe an item you received is faulty, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will advise you on the next steps.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
